Shipping

We only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We normally ship via the U.S. Postal Service, but larger orders are shipped via Fedex Ground or UPS. Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.

Paying by Money Order

You can order online and select "Money Order" as your payment method. Once you have submitted your order, you can purchase the money order, payable in U.S. Dollars, to "Sierra International Health Products, LLC". The payment should be mailed to P.O. Box 17281, Reno, NV 89511-7281, and if possible, you should reference your order number. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order promptly and send you a confirmation via email.

Order Cancellation

Orders are normally shipped within 1 or 2 days of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us. If your order has not shipped you will get an instant refund; if your order has already shipped, we will advise you and you can choose to return it for a refund.
